Make Your Own Buttermilk

Instructions
Place zest and monk fruit extract in bowlMeasuring Cup IN (MC)- Speed 9 | 5seconds - Scrape down sidesRepeat another 2 times
Add Strawberries and Vanilla EssenceMC IN - Speed 8 | 5 seconds - Scrape down sidesRepeat another 1 time
Add buttermilkMC OFF - 1 Minute | Speed 5 – Insert TM Spatula (with guard) and stir around the sides to ensure a good mix
Pour into freezer proof container and freeze for 30 – 60 minutes before serving
Notes
If using this after 24 hours - make sure you remove from freezer approximately an hour prior to serving, unless of course you like HARD Sorbet.Remember, this recipe has no sugar to soften the freezing process.Should keep in the freezer for 2 to 3 weeks but it never lasts that long in this house to test it properly.WW Friendly - 1 PP per serve
