Ingredients
  

  • light Jarlsberg cheese
  • 97% fat-free honey ham
  • semi-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
  • baby spinach
  • broccoli
  • fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • diced butternut pumpkin
  • eggs
  • reduced-fat milk
  • 97% fat-free cottage cheese
  • self-raising flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180° C
  • Lightly spray a 23cm square deep ovenproof dish with oil. Line base and sides with baking paper
    HINT: Wet baking paper and shake dry to shape to pan
  • Cheese into TM Bowl
    o   CHOP – 6 SECONDS | SPEED 6– REPEAT IF NECESSARY - set aside
  • Add into TM Bowl
    Ham
    Tomatoes
    Spinach
    Broccoli
    Flat Leaf Parsley
    Thyme
    o   CHOP – 5 SECONDS | SPEED 5– scrap down sides and repeat if needed
  • Put cheese back into TM bowl
    Egg
    Milk
    Cottage cheese
    Self-raising flour
    Diced (1cm) pumpkin
    o    BLEND– 6 SECONDS – REVERSE – SPEED 4
  • Pour into dish and spread evenly and bake for 30-35 minutes
