light Jarlsberg cheese
97% fat-free honey ham
semi-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
baby spinach
broccoli
I used cauliflower
fresh flat-leaf parsley
chopped fresh thyme leaves
diced butternut pumpkin
eggs
reduced-fat milk
97% fat-free cottage cheese
self-raising flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180° C
Lightly spray a 23cm square deep ovenproof dish with oil. Line base and sides with baking paper
HINT
: Wet baking paper and shake dry to shape to pan
Cheese into TM Bowl - 6 SECONDS | SPEED 6 - set aside
Add into TM Bowl Eggs, Milk, Cottage cheese, Self-raising flour & Flat Leaf Parsley & Thyme - 10 SECONDS | SPEED 5
Put cheese back into TM bowl Add diced ham, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli - 6 SECONDS – REVERSE – SPEED 3
Add Diced (1cm no bigger) pumpkin to the baking tray and pour TM bowl contents into dish and spread evenly Bake for 30-35 minutes
