Work the dough into 6 - 12 rolls and place on a lined tray, almost touching and leave rolls to prove for a further 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
Whilst the dough is proofing, Add Cheese & Bacon together in the TM Bowl 10 SECONDS | SPEED 6 - REPEAT IF NOT SMALL ENOUGH FOR YOUSet aside - this is the topping of the rolls
100 gms Tasty Cheese, 100 gms bacon
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees fan forced
Score top of roll with a sharp knife brush with egg wash.

Top with cheese and then bacon. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes until gold.
