Kidney Beans - drained & rinsed

Zucchini - diced chunky

Instructions
1 Onion - brown, peeled, quartered & 2 Garlic Cloves
Place on Lid & MC Cup 4 sec/speed 5
Scrap Down Sides and add 50g Bacon - thin slices, 20g Olive Oil
Place on Lid - MC Cup OFF - 5 min/100°C/speed 1
Add 90g Carrots - sliced, 50g Celery - sliced, 120g Potato of choice - cubed, 400g Tomatoes (1 Can), 400g Water, 2tbsp Vegetable Stock, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Place lid on with Simmer Basket on top - 15 min/100°C/speed 1
Add 400g Kidney Beans - drained & rinsed, 80g Dry Pasta, 100g Zucchini - diced chunky, 1tsp lemon juice
Top up with 150g water ENSURING if necessary, not to exceed maximum fill line
Place lid on with MC 12 min/Varoma/speed 1
Season with Salt & Pepper
Top Grate Parmesan Cheese (Optional)
