Start by adding 100gms shredded coconut into your Thermomix bowl.
100 gms Shredded Coconut
Add 300gms Water
300 gms Water
Leave both ingredients in TM bow for approx 5 minutes.
2 minutes | 37 degrees | Speed 2
Blend 1 minute | Speed 9
Place a nut milk bag or fine strainer over a clean bowl.
Pour the blended coconut mixture into the nut milk bag or strainer.
Squeeze or press the bag/strainer to extract the coconut cream. You’ll notice that the cream is thick and creamy, resembling store-bought coconut cream.
Transfer the freshly made coconut cream into a clean container or jar. You can refrigerate it for immediate use or store it in the freezer for longer-term storage. Make sure to label the container with the date for reference.
