Start by adding 40gms of shredded coconut into your Thermomix bowl.

Add 400 gms Water
400 mls water
Blend the shredded coconut at a high speed, typically around Speed 10, for about 2 minutes or until it becomes a fine powder. This process extracts the coconut cream from the shredded coconut.
Place a nut milk bag or fine strainer over a clean bowl.
Pour the blended coconut mixture into the nut milk bag or strainer.
Squeeze or press the bag/strainer to extract the coconut cream. You’ll notice that the cream is thick and creamy, resembling store-bought coconut cream.
Transfer the freshly made coconut cream into a clean container or jar. You can refrigerate it for immediate use or store it in the freezer for longer-term storage. Make sure to label the container with the date for reference.
