Instructions
pre Heat oven to 180 degrees
Place wrap into shaped bowl (see notes)
Place bowls in oven for 10 minutes to firm up
In a small bowl - add ingredients
Combine all ingredients together
When bowl is ready, pour content into bowl
Reduce heat on the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Check that the centre is ALMOST solid.

Notes
You do not need to prebake the bowls, however I like mine a little crunchy.
