What's Needed
- Thermomix
- Muffin Tray
- Patty Pans (papers)
Ingredients
- 110 gms Butter Cut into cubes
- 80 gms Sugar
- 40 gms Honey
- 170 gms Corn Flakes
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 150 degrees.
- Add butter, honey and sugar to the TM bowl
- Cook for 5 mins | 90 degrees | speed 2
- Add Cornflakes
- Mix together 15 secs | REVERSE | Speed 2
- Spoon into Patty Pans (cupcake papers)
- Bake for 10 - 12 mins - until Golden Brown

Gluten Free Corn Flakes can be used and works perfectly
