This bread is a no fail for me. I have made many different sorts. Some success. Some failures. What I love about this is the size. It is just perfect for two people. Small Loaf

white Sugar
Instructions
Add Water, yeast and sugar to tm bowl - put on Lid and MC
245 gms Water,
6 gms white Sugar,
7 gms Dried Yeast
2 minutes | 40 degrees | Speed 2
Let sit for 3 minutes.
Add Oil, flour and add salt
LAST
Salt and yeast are NOT friends - putting them together will kill the yeast.
430 gms Bread flour,
20 gms Vegetable or Olive Oil,
6 gms Sea Salt
Knead 2 minutes
DO NOT LEAVE MACHINE UNATTENDED - they move!
Proof in the TM bowl - 30 minutes.
Grease a loaf tin first with a knob of butter followed by ½ tsp of vegetable oil. This stops the sticking and makes a lovely crust.
Turn out dough (good luck) onto a lightly floured surface.
Gently shape into a loaf of bread doing the envelope ✉️ fold
Put into bread tin (similar size to a banana loaf tin), lightly dust with flour and cover with tea towel and leave sit in a warm place for 30 minutes.
10 minutes before the end of the proofing set oven to 170 (fan forced) or 180
Bake for 30 minutes. Turn the tin around at 20 minute mark.
