This is a slight variation on WW recipe. They use Vanilla fat free yoghurt which is pointed. I just use plain Chobani.

Fat-free yogurt - 1⅓ cup

Fat-free skim milk

Instructions
Put all ingredients into TM Bowl. Place on lid and MC
7 Seconds | Speed 5
Scrape down the bowl
3 Seconds | Speed 5
The batter came out so light and fluffy after the thermomix blend
Place 1 tbsp into a non stick fry pan and flip when ready. Divide into 4 serves
