Roast Chicken in a Varoma®

Roast Chicken in the Varoma
I have always been a fan of Roast Chicken. It was our go to when we wanted a family dinner and the kids always love it.
It has always been done in the oven, but after owning our Thermomix, we would never go back to the conventional way of cooking them again. Soft, juicy chicken is just the way we like it. Oh and the gravy - puts every other to shame!!
