Below are videos that might just help a few people out. When we first started with our Thermomix, boy I had YouTube running hot. Learning how to do certain things, tips and hints.

Gosh I use YouTube for everyday life to learn little things.

Pulling the grey backing off your TM6 and cleaning it is just as important as cleaning the front area. Spills get in from the lid and these need to be cleaned up. ALWAYS turn off your TM6 and unplug it before you do this. The grey panel has a little hole at the bottom. Gently tug on the cover and it will come away. Wipe over with a damp cloth, never a wet one, and put your cover back on. Get a brush of some sort and clean around the button. 1. Lay out your glad wrap and place the crepe you previously made onto it. 2. Drain off the mushrooms "caution they are VERY HOT" into a cloth 3. Ideally let them cool, but I was pushing for time so I squeezed excess liquid off with a pair of tongs. 4. Then I got a dry clean cloth and squeezed out the excess liquid. Please remember, this is HOT. 5. Once squeezed out, add salt and pepper and mix it together. 6. Place down the prosciutto onto the crepes and them the duxelle (mushroom mixture) and press it down. 6. You are then going to cover the seared beef with Dijon Mustard (I forgot that bit - oops) 7. Add your beef to the start of the mixtures and roll securing the ends. I used two bits of glad wrap for a solid seal and refrigerate for 15 minutes. 8. Next, lay your puff pastry on the bench. I created a T shape. It does create waste but I wanted it fully sealed. 9. Once rolled, please in the fridge for at LEAST 3 hours. Overnight is what they suggest, but mine worked fine. 10. When ready to bake, brush with an egg wash. 11. Ready for the oven. I have a Meater+ (Internal temperature guage) but to cook ours without it, it was recommended to Bake for 15 minutes (220°C). Reduce oven temperature to 200°C and bake for a further 20-25 minutes for medium rare. Set aside to rest for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving. The juices ran out when slicing the meat. There is nothing worse than trying to chop on your chopping board and it slides everywhere. Don't rush out and buy a new one - grab a piece of paper towelling. Wet it and ring it out and lay it flat on your bench. Place your chopping board over the paper toweling and get chopping!! Making Roti is really easy in a Thermomix. Roti Canai is even nicer and oh so tasty and flaky. The recipe is on Cookidoo and it is a little time consuming but the results are amazing!!!
