Once again – my Thermomix had to come into it and this is super super easy this way.

- Lean Pork Mince
- Brown Onion
- Garlic Cloves
- Arborio Rice
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Diced Tomatoes
- Tomato Paste
- Flat Leaf Parsley
- Italian Herbs
- Beef Stock
- Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Add Garlic & OnionsPut on lid with MC Cup4 Seconds | Speed 5Garlic Cloves, Brown Onion
- Scrape down the bowlAdd Pork (broken up)Put on lid and Simmer Basket5 mins | Varoma | REVERSE | Speed STIRLean Pork Mince
- Add tomatoes, rice, vinegar, tomato paste, herbs and stockPut on lid and Simmer Basket (This does splatter)Give mixture a good stir with the spatula15 mins | 100 degrees | REVERSE | Speed 2Arborio Rice, Balsamic Vinegar, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Flat Leaf Parsley, Italian Herbs, Beef Stock
- Transfer to a dish, top with Mozzarella Cover with foil and bake for 35 minsUncover and then bake for another 10 minsMozzarella Cheese
