The is nothing nicer on a cold night that a warm pastie. Alone or with mash or chips. We also love this cold on a summer’s day. Perfect for taking on a BBQ

What's Needed
- Thermomix
- Large Bowl
- Oven Tray
- Baking Paper

Ingredients
- 210 gm onion (1)
- 230 gm potatoes (2)
- 200 gm carrots (2)
- 220 gm Swede/Parsnip (2)
- 60 g frozen peas and corn
- 500 g beef mince
- 1 packet chicken noodle soup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 4 sheets Puff pastry
- 1 egg beaten (egg wash)
Instructions
- Heat oven 180°C. Line Large tray with baking paper
- Peel onions and cut into quarters. Add to TM BowlChop - 4 sec/speed 5 Transfer to a large mixing bowl210 gm onion (1)
- Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Add to TM Bowl Chop - 2 sec/speed 5 Transfer to the large mixing bowl230 gm potatoes (2)
- Cut carrot and peeled Swede into chunks. Add to TM Bowl Chop - 4 sec/speed 5 Transfer to the large mixing bowl.200 gm carrots (2), 220 gm Swede/Parsnip (2)
- Add ingredients to the large mixing bowl - Worcestershire sauce, frozen peas and corn, beef mince, 1 packet chicken noodle soup, salt & pepper. Mix together hand.60 g frozen peas and corn, 500 g beef mince, 1 packet chicken noodle soup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Lay out one sheet of puff pastry. Fill with half the amount of mixture on sheets4 sheets Puff pastry
- Brush sides of the sheet with beaten egg. Place on top sheet of puff pastry and pleats the edges and press with fork. Poke holes into top with fork for stream release. Brush with egg wash.1 egg
- Repeat with the rest of the ingredients
- Bake for 45 - 50 mins
