Without rinsing the bowl and add water
1000 mls water
Add potato to simmer basket - put on lid - NO MC20 minutes | Varoma | Speed 4
240 gms RAW Spud Lite or Carisma Potatoes
Drain and returned potatoes to the TM bowl
Insert butterfly whisk and blend for 10-15 seconds | Speed 4
Remove whisk
Add broken up tuna, egg, onion/parsley and lemon zest mixture, breadcrumbs, mustard and lemon juice.
425 gms Tuna in Spring water Well Drained, 1 Egg, 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs, 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard, 1/2 Lemon Juice - half the lemon, Salt & Pepper To Taste
Mix 30 seconds | REVERSE | Speed 3 - repeat if not mixed enough
Form into 8 patties
Spray a non stick oven proof pan with Olive Oil Lightly brown on both sides and then place into an over at 180c for 8-10 mins to cook through.
