100 g quick oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 170 g 99% fat-free plain yoghurt, 1 tsp lemon zest, 2 tsp pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Add egg whites and fruitEither stir through or 5 Seconds | REVERSE | Speed 4
160 g mixed berries
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a skewer inserted into centre comes out clean. Set aside in tray for 5 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool. Serve.
