Ingredients

chicken breast mince
red onion
garlic clove
chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
taco seasoning
Instructions
Making Mince from Chicken Breast
Partly frozen chicken breast
10-15 seconds | Speed 6
MEATBALLS
ADD Garlic, Onion, parsley & taco seasoning (thermomix made of course)
5 Seconds | Speed 5
ADD Chicken mince, MIX 20 seconds REVERSE | Speed 4
PLACE Mixture into bowl or chopping board
RINSE BOWL WELL
ADD 1 litre of water, Place on lid to TM bowl
ADD Varoma Dish
Make the meatballs leaving room for steam. Use tray also
COOK 20 minutes | Varoma | Speed 1
When cooked. Put the meatballs into fry pan to brown them off.
