Add all ingredients EXCEPT chives
skinless chicken breasts, Chicken Stock, small brown onion, celery stick, low-carb potatoes, garlic clove, cans corn kernels, short-cut bacon
Dice the chicken into large chunks
Slow Cook Mode: put on lid and MC
5 hours – 95 degrees

This will shred your chicken as it cooks. If you want chunks of potato, remove MC and place through the hole in the lid put them in 2 hours before the end of cook.DO NOT STOP THE THERMOMIX - this will start it turning again regularly for another hour.If you do prefer a chunkier soup, and you own a blade cover, put this in and you won't have shredded anything.
