We love yoghurt – but not all the additives

Making Yoghurt using our Thermomix in the Varoma.

Takes 5 minutes with Long Life (UHT) Milk or 15 minutes with fridge milk.

REMEMBER: You do NOT need to heat the milk if using UHT Long Life Milk. You can skip this step completely. This milk is already fully sterilised. Makes it quicker and creamier too.

Cookidoo® Natural Yoghurt – Varoma Method 1kg – $2.60

  • Long Life Milk – Pure, Natural full Cream Milk
  • Milk Powder (vegetable emulsifier (322 soy)
  • 30g Raw Caster Sugar
  • 50g yoghurt from previous batch that we made.

THAT IS IT! NOTHING ELSE – PRETTY GOOD WE SAY!

** This Jalna is only a container. This was the yoghurt we used for the VERY FIRST batch. In our opinion this is the best “natural” yoghurt out there

$7.50 – 1kg – Pasteurised Whole Milk, Cream, aBc Probiotics (Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Lactis & Lactobacillus Casei >1 Billion Probiotic Count Per 100g)
