Rosemary & Thyme Wedges

- 2 large Potatoes
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Thyme
- 10 gms Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 200 degrees fan forced
- Add all ingredients except potatoes to TM BowlFresh Rosemary, Fresh Thyme, 10 gms Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to taste
- Blitz herbs and oil - 10 seconds | Speed 6
- Peel and slice potatoes into wedges2 large Potatoes
- Add wedges to the TM bowl with the herbs and oil
- Coat 20 Seconds | REVERSE | Speed 2
- Bake for 20 mins at 200/220 - turn once!
