  • Mashed
  • Boiled
  • Fried
  • Roasted
  • In Potato Salad

 

Rosemary & Thyme Wedges

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large Potatoes
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Fresh Thyme
  • 10 gms Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 200 degrees fan forced
  • Add all ingredients except potatoes to TM Bowl
    Fresh Rosemary, Fresh Thyme, 10 gms Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Blitz herbs and oil - 10 seconds | Speed 6
  • Peel and slice potatoes into wedges
    2 large Potatoes
  • Add wedges to the TM bowl with the herbs and oil
  • Coat 20 Seconds | REVERSE | Speed 2
  • Bake for 20 mins at 200/220 - turn once!
