Anna’s Berry Breakfast Bars

I am a shocker when it comes to breakfast. I don’t think my brain is awake enough to work out what to have. These are so quick. Pop it on a plate. A couple of spoons of yoghurt and some berries. Yummo. I’m set for the week, well half the week - Chris loves them too.

Any recipe that Anna has created is amazing to me and this Italian Rice Bake is no different.

Once again - my Thermomix had to come into it and this is super super easy this way.

Cheese and Bacon Rolls - Plain

Anna’s Berry Breakfast Bars

  • eggs
  • quick oats
  • baking powder
  • 99% fat-free plain yoghurt
  • lemon zest
  • pure maple syrup
  • unsweetened almond milk
  • vanilla essence
  • mixed berries
  • ground cinnamon
  1. Add butterfly whisk to bowl then egg whites

    30 Seconds | Speed 3.5

  2. Set aside - these will deflate but just mix together later.
  3. Add all ingredients (except egg whites and fruit)

    5 Seconds | Speed 4

  4. Add egg whites and fruit

    Either stir through or 5 Seconds | REVERSE | Speed 4

  5. Follows recipe as per book instructions

  6. If you don’t have Quick Oats - put your rolled oats into your TM bowl - Turbo x 1 second. Thanks Anna 😂
