Thermomix Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry



January 20, 2023

In our house, anything stir fry goes down a treat. I love the ease of it. The taste of it, the use of using left over vegetable. It just great.

I serve ours with boiled rice. Usually the left over rice from another night that I have frozen. I either just microwave the rice quickly or throw it in a fry pan with some egg, bacon, salt and pepper and I'm done.

Super quick - super easy
