Mum's Stew Shepherd's Pie
What's Needed
- Thermomix
- Oven
My Mum's stew in a Thermomix - couldn't be easier. This recipe always makes me feel "home" and that Mum is close by. I always feel her standing over my shoulder when I make it, or maybe that is wishful thinking. It was great when the kids were little - I would "cook the hell out of it" so all the veggies disappeared into sauce and I knew that they were getting a bowl of goodness and love. Now all I have to do is blitz the veggies and it is all hidden away if need be.

All ready after 25 mins. I cooked mine a little less as it was cooked early and ready for reheating in the oven later.
