Omelettes in a Thermomix

June 9, 2023

I don’t know about others, but omelettes are my quick and easy go to.

I have always cooked them in a fry pan, but when I tried this way – OMG – they are so light and fluffy.

I tried it with the Thermomix thinking it wouldn’t work. That they would be dry and chewy. My word. Not at all.
