Roasted | Mashed | Steamed
It’s common knowledge that my Thermomix is my go-to kitchen gadget. Ever since we acquired it, I haven’t touched our cooktop, except maybe when Noah was a boy – well since we bought a Thermomix. 🙂
When it comes to steaming my vegetables, the Thermomix is no exception. I always opt to pre-steam my roast vegetables, not only to achieve that extra crunch but also because it significantly speeds up the cooking process.
Below, you’ll find the details of my varoma steamed vegetables however if you want to incorporate a Roast, here is the recipe for our Thermomix Varoma Roast Chicken.

Notes
If you are mashing the potatoes, and you have made the Varoma Roast Chicken, use the stock from the chicken instead of milk - This is totally delicious!
