Anna’s Mac & Cheese with Roasted Tomatoes converted to Thermomix.

Anna’s Book No:1 Page: 150 – 7 points

We paired it’s with a yummy salad vinegar – ALDIs Caramelised Raspberry Finishing Dressing. Only 1 point for 5mls.

What can I say about this meal except it is so satisfying it’s not funny. I am an avid Mac and Cheese freak however always felt “blah” after eating it. Tonight, I ate slowly just so it didn’t end! Of course this was cooked in our Thermomix
