Converted to Thermomix

Weight Watchers Vanilla Panna Cotta with Balsamic Strawberries – converted to Thermomix. Oh my goodness. I love panna cotta, and often order it in a restaurant. I made one once and it failed dismally.

When I saw that WW had their own, I thought lets give this a go in the Thermomix. So I set about converting the steps to Thermomix Steps. Unconvinced at the end that it would work, I popped it in the fridge for the night and OMG this morning I was so excited to see it all work.

I turned it out on the plate and got that elusive wobble. I was so excited. The taste is amazing and don’t get me started on those strawberries. Wow. This is a complete dessert that I will be making again and again. To think it is only TWO POINTS on WW.

Thank you Weight Watchers for an amazing recipe.

NOTES:
  • I used Monk Fruit as I personally think all other sweeteners leave an aftertaste whereas this one doesn't - to me!
  • I only had vanilla bean paste so I used 1 tsp
  • I used 250gms strawberries as that is what comes in a Punnett 🙂
