Converted to Thermomix
Weight Watchers Vanilla Pancakes with Banana and Yoghurt recipe – changed to suit us.
I sometimes feel like something sweet after dinner – in this case I wanted it before dinner, however I held out and cooked these for dessert.
I looked at the recipe and thought, hmmm I don’t want all those points so I will use Chobani 99% fat free yoghurt instead of vanilla which will lower the points.
I dressed our pancakes with Chobani, raspberries and Queens Vanilla Sugar Free Maple Syrup. Perfect dessert for us.
For Chris’s I made chocolate Chobani Yoghurt.
Yoghurt and Avalanche Sugar Free Drinking Chocolate mixed together. He loves it – Thank you Anna 😊❤️

WW Pancakes
What's Needed
- Thermomix
- Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 250 g Self-rising flour - 1 cup s
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda s
- 290 g Fat-free yogurt - 1⅓ cup s
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Fat-free skim milk s
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into TM Bowl. Place on lid and MC
- 7 Seconds | Speed 5
- Scrape down the bowl
- 3 Seconds | Speed 5
- The batter came out so light and fluffy after the thermomix blend
- Place 1 tbsp into a non stick fry pan and flip when ready. Divide into 4 serves
