Instructions
Add vegetables in small chunks -
NOT MUSHROOMS
I do drain my liquid as I use homegrown vegetables
3 Medium Carrots,
3 Sticks Celery,
1 Medium Yellow Capsicum,
1 Medium Red Capsicum,
1 Medium Brown Onion,
1 Large Zucchini,
2-3 cloves Garlic
10 seconds | Speed 6
Now we are going to cook the vegetables - NO OIL
Put on lid and simmer basket
10 mins | 120 degrees | Speed 2
Add Mince - broken up and stirred through
500 gms Lean Beef Mince
Put on lid and simmer basket
5 mins | 120 degrees |
REVERSE
| Speed 2
Add Herbs, spices and passata
2 tsp Mixed dried herbs,
2 tsp Smoked paprika,
1/2-1 tsp Chilli flakes,
Salt & pepper,
1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Paste,
700 gms bottle of passata
Put on lid and simmer basket
25 mins | 90 degrees |
REVERSE
| Speed 2.5
Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add mushrooms and fresh herbs
2 cups Mushrooms sliced,
Fresh basil & flat leaf parsley
Put on lid and simmer basket
25 mins | 90 degrees |
REVERSE
| Speed 2.5
