Ingredients
  

  • 3 Medium Carrots
  • 3 Sticks Celery
  • 1 Medium Yellow Capsicum
  • 1 Medium Red Capsicum
  • 1 Medium Brown Onion
  • 1 Large Zucchini
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 500 gm Heart Smart Beef Mince
  • 2 tsp Mixed dried herbs
  • 2 cups Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2-1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Paste Optional
  • 700 gm bottle of passata
  • Fresh basil & flat leaf parsley as much as you like

Instructions
 

  • Add vegetables in small chunks - NOT MUSHROOMS
    3 Medium Carrots, 3 Sticks Celery, 1 Medium Yellow Capsicum, 1 Medium Red Capsicum, 1 Medium Brown Onion, 1 Large Zucchini, 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 10 seconds | Speed 6
  • Now we are going to cook the vegetables - NO OIL
  • 10 mins | 120 degrees | Speed 2
  • Add Mince - broken up and stirred through
    500 gm Heart Smart Beef Mince
  • 5 mins | 120 degrees | REVERSE | Speed 2
  • Add Herbs, spices and passata
    2 tsp Mixed dried herbs, 2 tsp Smoked paprika, 1/2-1 tsp Chilli flakes, Salt & pepper, 1 tbsp Vegetable Stock Paste, 700 gm bottle of passata
  • 25 mins | 90 degrees | REVERSE | Speed 2.5
  • Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl. Add mushrooms and fresh herbs
    2 cups Mushrooms sliced, Fresh basil & flat leaf parsley
  • 25 mins | 90 degrees | REVERSE | Speed 2.5
  • Done
