Add Cheese to TM Bowl & Place on Lid & MC6 Seconds | Speed 8This is for the topping of the Lasagne
100 gm 50% reduced fat cheese
In a rectangle 2 Litre capacity deep glass Pyrex dish, spread a layer of pasta sauce(I make this into 2 meals - so I divide between two smaller Pyrex dishes)
Add 1 sheet of fresh lasagne
Add a layer of pasta sauce
Then layer roasted pumpkin rounds slightly overlapping each other
Use the second sheet of lasagne over the top
Repeat the process until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in a 200c oven for 30-40 minutes uncovered or until cooked through.
