- 1 Small bowl
Overnight Weetbix & Yoghurt are a great way to start the day. We make the Almond Milk and Yoghurt in our Thermomix so we know just what is in our food.

Ingredients
- 2 Weetbix 2 points
- 80 mls Unsweetened Almond Milk 0 points
- 170 gms 99% Fat Free Yoghurt - chobani 0 points
- 10 gms Protein Powder 2 points
- 10 gms Biscoff 3 points
- 15 mls Sugar Free Maple Syrup 0 points
Instructions
- Crush weetbix into container2 Weetbix
- Add Milk and mix with weetbix together80 mls Unsweetened Almond Milk
- In a small bowl mix yoghurt & protein powder together170 gms 99% Fat Free Yoghurt - chobani, 10 gms Protein Powder
- Layer the mixture over the weetbix
- Mix together Biscoff & Sugar Free Maple Syrup10 gms Biscoff, 15 mls Sugar Free Maple Syrup
- Add to the top of yoghurt
- Swirl over the top and put it in the fridge
Notes
Chris likes it layered as does my daughter. I (Sue) however like it all mixed together
You can substitute the weetbix with oats - 80gms Oats
You can also add
- Chia Seeds - 1 tsp
- Pepita Seeds - 1 tbsp
