With The Blade Peeler/Cover
While browsing Facebook recently, I stumbled upon an incredible kitchen tip that I just had to share. I reached out to Ann-Katrin, who graciously gave me permission to pass along this helpful “how-to” guide.
During certain times of year, many of us are busy using ingredients for Christmas cakes, puddings, pies, and biscuits. One ingredient that often comes into play is peeled almonds, which can be quite expensive. If you’re fortunate enough to have a blade peeler attachment for your Thermomix, here’s a fantastic way to make your own peeled almonds.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of almonds
- 600 milliliters of water
