Creating your own Coconut Ice Cream is so easy in a Thermomix

I must say I am not really an ice cream person – however CHRIS would eat it for breakfast lunch and dinner if he could.

The coconut ice-cream from the recipe community is just incredible. We have changed this around a bit to suit our tastes and waistline. 😂 The flavour and the texture is wonderful and the after taste. Wow!

If you like ice-cream and coconut then this is your ideal ice-cream.
