  • Combine Flour and KFC Chicken seasoning
1/3 cup plain flour, 3 tbsp KFC Chicken Seasoning
  • Coat chicken in egg wash and then coat with flour and seasoning mix
  • I personally like to line my baking tray with wet baking paper to stop the chicken from sticking to the pan as this can happen
  • Coat the bottom of large baking pan with oil
    3 tbsp canola oil
  • Place the chicken pieces into the baking tray
  • Spray the top of the chicken with olive oil spray
  • Bake for depends on the size of your chicken pieces and if they have bones.
