Anna’s Slow Cooker Italian Pork Stew in a Thermomix – only 3 points on WW.

Book 1 – Page 142 – Ingredient amounts not included due to copyright. You need to buy Anna’s Book 😊

I paired ours with 1/2 cup rice each – 4 points and steamed vegetables – 0 points. Total meal = 7 P

First things first. I FORGOT to put in the blade cover. Don’t judge ! However I really liked the end results. Shredded and chunky Pork at the same time. It suited me to a T!

The flavours in this are delicious. Chris was halfway through him meal and said “well you may have shredded it but by gosh it tastes good”
