WOW. Just wow. This was so tasty and filling. We loved it and soup is always a winner in this house!

NOTE: This will shred your chicken as it cooks. If you want chunks of potato, remove MC and place through the hole in the lid put them in 2 hours before the end of cook.

DO NOT STOP THE THERMOMIX – this will start it turning again regularly.
If you want it chunkier, and you own a blade cover – use that. I like mine all mashed up ๐Ÿ™‚

  • Thermomix

Ingredients
  

  • skinless chicken breasts
  • Chicken Stock
  • small brown onion
  • celery stick
  • low-carb potatoes
  • garlic clove
  • cans corn kernels
  • short-cut bacon
  • chopped fresh chives

Instructions
 

  • Add garlic, onion and celery to TM bowl. Add lid and MC.
    5 seconds | Speed 6
  • Add all ingredients EXCEPT chives
    skinless chicken breasts, Chicken Stock, small brown onion, celery stick, low-carb potatoes, garlic clove, cans corn kernels, short-cut bacon
  • Dice the chicken into large chunks
  • Slow Cook Mode: put on lid and MC
  • 5 hours โ€“ 95 degrees

Notes

This will shred your chicken as it cooks. If you want chunks of potato, remove MC and place through the hole in the lid put them in 2 hours before the end of cook.
DO NOT STOP THE THERMOMIX - this will start it turning again regularly for another hour.
If you do prefer a chunkier soup, and you own a blade cover, put this in and you won't have shredded anything.
