Creating frothy milk for lattes, cappuccinos, or hot chocolate in your Thermomix® is a simple and convenient process that elevates your coffee or cocoa experience. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to froth milk in your Thermomix:

Ingredients/Tools:

  • Milk
  • Thermomix®

Instructions:

1. Heat the Milk:

  • Begin by pouring the desired amount of milk into the Thermomix® bowl. The amount will depend on your preference and the number of servings you intend to make.

2. Set the Temperature and Speed:

  • Set your Thermomix® to heat the milk by selecting a temperature of 70°C and a speed of 1. This will gently warm the milk without bringing it to a boil.

3. Heat the Milk:

  • Allow the Thermomix® to heat the milk for approximately 5 minutes at the specified temperature and speed. This process ensures that the milk is warm and ready for frothing.

4. Frothing Time:

  • After the milk is adequately heated, it’s time to create that delightful froth. Gradually increase the speed to Speed 9 over the course of 30 seconds.

5. Froth the Milk:

  • Let the Thermomix® continue to run at Speed 9 for about 30 seconds. During this time, the milk will froth, creating a beautiful, velvety texture.

6. Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once the milk is frothy to your liking, turn off the Thermomix® and carefully pour the frothy milk into your cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
