Who doesn’t love Honey Joys!
Last night I was sitting there having a cup of tea and felt like something sweet. The Thermomix made it SO EASY!
I went to The Recipe Community and looked for Honey Joys, then changed the recipe to suit what I liked – and Mums recipe. I haven’t baked them since my children were little.
I do remember the saucepan was horrible to clean afterwards, then the big bowl you had to mix them in. With our Thermomix® it was the bowl (that cleaned itself) a knife that cut the butter, and a spoon that filled the patty pans. Oh, my husband wanted to know what patty pans were. I couldn’t really answer him. They must have been a brand name back when … Gosh showing my age now, but my Mum called them “patty pans”, so I do too.
