Anna’s fantastic Crustless Quiche.
We love Quiche in our family. Egg and Bacon pies. Store bought quiche – all those yummy but oh so bad for you dishes.
Anna’s quiche is none of those things. It’s healthy and tasty, so of course I wanted to make it again – and again – and again. Freeze if for a quick meal. Eat it cold for lunch the next day. It’s just a winner in this house.
Of course I needed to be able to make it in my Thermomix. So I did just that. Here are the instructions.

Anna's Crustless Quiche
Ingredients
- light Jarlsberg cheese
- 97% fat-free honey ham
- semi-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- baby spinach
- broccoli I used cauliflower
- fresh flat-leaf parsley
- chopped fresh thyme leaves
- diced butternut pumpkin
- eggs
- reduced-fat milk
- 97% fat-free cottage cheese
- self-raising flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180° C
- Lightly spray a 23cm square deep ovenproof dish with oil. Line base and sides with baking paperHINT: Wet baking paper and shake dry to shape to pan
- Cheese into TM Bowl - 6 SECONDS | SPEED 6 - set aside
- Add into TM Bowl Eggs, Milk, Cottage cheese, Self-raising flour & Flat Leaf Parsley & Thyme - 10 SECONDS | SPEED 5
- Put cheese back into TM bowl Add diced ham, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli - 6 SECONDS – REVERSE – SPEED 3
- Add Diced (1cm no bigger) pumpkin to the baking tray and pour TM bowl contents into dish and spread evenly Bake for 30-35 minutes
