Anna Van Dyken converted to Thermomix
Once again Anna has outdone herself with flavourful Mexican Chicken Meatballs. I love all her meatball recipes and these are TASTY!
It is taken from Anna Van Dyken’s Book #2 – How I’ve Kept The Weight Off – Page 96. Fantastic Book with amazing recipes. 0 WW Points
Oh, If you looking for the full recipe – you’ll have to buy the book 🙂
These were perfect for the weather. The recipe says oven, I say Thermomix steaming and it was perfect. A quick fry in the fry pan to brown them off, which to me they didn’t need, however, I thought let’s get a bit of colour on them and I tossed them through the salad. Perfection.
I did use Thermomix homemade Taco seasoning. So much better than store bought – in my opinion. You can add as much or as little chilli as you like, and my family – a lot!
Get on a make sure your following Anna Van Dyken for her amazing creations.
