Ingredients
- Low Fat Bolognese Sauce Recipe SEE NOTES
- 1 Medium medium butternut pumpkin cut into rounds sprinkled with salt/pepper and roasted in the oven do this in advance
- 4 Latina fresh lasagne sheets
- 100 gm 50% reduced fat cheese
Instructions
- Add Cheese to TM Bowl & Place on Lid & MC6 Seconds | Speed 8This is for the topping of the Lasagne100 gm 50% reduced fat cheese
- In a rectangle 2 Litre capacity deep glass Pyrex dish, spread a layer of pasta sauce(I make this into 2 meals - so I divide between two smaller Pyrex dishes)
- Add 1 sheet of fresh lasagne
- Add a layer of pasta sauce
- Then layer roasted pumpkin rounds slightly overlapping each other
- Use the second sheet of lasagne over the top
- Repeat the process until all ingredients are used. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake in a 200c oven for 30-40 minutes uncovered or until cooked through.
