Down another 300 gms Yay me 🙌🏼 obviously our meal plan is working well and I am loosing weight. 

I hurt my back last Thursday night. Yes I have a “dicky” sciatic nerve and ended up not being able to do even stuff around the house so I was dreading weigh in time but all went well … thank goodness. 😅 

As usually my WW workshop @weightwatchers.aunz is a huge help and support. The women are wonderful, full of encouragement and laughs. It’s is truly so sad that there aren’t more for people out there. I am shocked as to how far people come for that one meeting. They say it is their key to success and I believe it. I have tried virtual but it’s a hard pass for me!
