FIRST – After making Coconut Cream
1. Reuse the Residue:
- After extracting the coconut cream, you’ll be left with a coconut residue in the nut milk bag or strainer. Don’t discard this residue; you can use it to make coconut milk.
2. Blend Again:
- Return the coconut residue to the Thermomix bowl.
- Add about 300ml of water to the residue in the bowl.
- Blend at a high speed for approximately 30 seconds. This will create a coconut milk mixture.
3. Strain and Store:
- Strain the coconut milk mixture through a nut milk bag or fine strainer into a separate container.
- Squeeze or press to extract all the liquid from the residue.
- Your freshly made coconut milk is ready for use.
