Cheesy Broccoli Tuna Pasta Bake

Once again, I’ve opted for a new tuna recipe to experiment with using the Thermomix. Anna’s recipes never disappoint, and I appreciate how I never experience that uncomfortable bloated feeling after enjoying them. Whenever I can, I turn to her cookbooks and have some enjoyable moments attempting to adapt them for the Thermomix.

Creating this scrumptious and nutritious dish was a delight. It’s exceptionally flavourful and health-conscious, not to mention suitable for those following the Weight Watchers program, while brimming with taste. It’s an excellent choice for a family dinner. I’m considering pairing it with a mixed salad next time, even though we were a bit pressed for time tonight.

Tip: If you have picky eaters at home, try adding broccoli and mushrooms with the onions and chop everything finely for a sneaky, nutritious twist.
