MEAT FREE MONDAY - Meal Plan - WW Shakshuka ZERO Points - a truly amazing and super tasty meal
Started cooking at 6:15pm - eating by 6:45. What a fantastic quick meal and the fact it has ZERO points is great. I paired it with a couple of pieces of crusty toasted bread. Gosh it was good. Highly recommended. Must try. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

WW Friendly Lemon & Poppyseed Drizzle Cake in a thermomix. 2 WW points per cake - makes 12
This recipe requires Oat flour and I make my own
To do this add oats to TM Bowl with MC
1 min | Speed 9 - set aside. No need to rinse bowl
Add Wet ingredients
2 eggs
450g Greek yoghurt
75g SF Maple Syrup
Zest of 1/2 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon 2-3 tbsp
Dry ingredients
50g protein powder vanilla
150g oat flour
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1tsp baking powder
Drizzle
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp honey or agave (you can use SF maple syrup)
Add all wet ingredients to TM bowl
10 seconds | Speed 4
Scrape down the bowl
Add dry ingredients
10 seconds | Speed 4
Scrape down the bowl - repeat
Put into muffin trays - bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
When taken out of the oven pop holes in to the and drizzle 1 tsp of mixture over each cake. Leave to cool.
HINT: when I first took them out of the oven I didn’t think they were cooked. They need to cool to set!

Down another 300 gms Yay me 🙌🏼 obviously our meal plan is working well and I am loosing weight.
I hurt my back last Thursday night. Yes I have a “dicky” sciatic nerve and ended up not being able to do even stuff around the house so I was dreading weigh in time but all went well … thank goodness. 😅
As usually my WW workshop @weightwatchers.aunz is a huge help and support. The women are wonderful, full of encouragement and laughs. It’s is truly so sad that there aren’t more for people out there. I am shocked as to how far people come for that one meeting. They say it is their key to success and I believe it. I have tried virtual but it’s a hard pass for me!

I’ve kept my Thermomix cheat sheets on my kitchen wall ever since I got my Thermomix. These are my go-to references for recipes and techniques I use frequently. While I know most of them by heart, there are moments during busy cooking sessions when my mind draws a blank. That’s when these cheat sheets prove invaluable.
After asking on Instagram, I found that many people would love to have access to these cheat sheets. So, here they are. Originally, I had them watermarked with our logo, but I realised I wouldn’t want that on my own kitchen wall. So, I’ve decided not to impose it on you either, in case you want to display and frame them like I have. Enjoy!

Mums Pumpkin Soup - 2 WW points and delicious 😋 Over the years, I’ve experimented with countless pumpkin soup recipes, trying to find “something maybe better” but and I can confidently say that Mum’s is our absolute favorite. Tonight dinner was “OMG who’s cooking. What did we take out of the freezer” yes it was a busy day! It’s cold and that calls for soup and what better than Mums ♥️ I added a tbsp of light sour cream - 2 points.
Thermomix Method. Conventional on our website.
* 1 brown onion
* 20 grams olive oil
* 650 grams pumpkin
* 450 grams potato
* 4 tablespoons chicken stock powder
* 600 grams water
* 100 ml light milk or light cream
* Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
* Add brown onion to TM Bowl
* 7 sec/speed 5 scrape down the sides of the bowl
* Add olive oil to TM Bowl and put on lid with simmer basket on top
* 6 min/Varoma/speed 1
* Chop pumpkin and potato into small chunks 3cm
* Add pumpkin to TM Bowl
* Add potato to TM Bowl
* Add water to TM Bowl
* Add chicken stock powder (or premade chicken stock - 2 tbsp) to TM Bowl. Place on lid with simmer basket on top
* 10 min/Varoma/speed 1 - add another 5 mins if necessary
* When cooking is complete, remove simmer basket and insert MC
* Blend - starting 5 to 9 - 1 min/speed 5
* Add light milk (or light cream-remember to point the difference) to TM Bowl and replace lid and MC
* 15 sec/speed 4
* Pepper to taste
