Down another 300 gms Yay me 🙌🏼 obviously our meal plan is working well and I am loosing weight. 

I hurt my back last Thursday night. Yes I have a “dicky” sciatic nerve and ended up not being able to do even stuff around the house so I was dreading weigh in time but all went well … thank goodness. 😅 

As usually my WW workshop @weightwatchers.aunz is a huge help and support. The women are wonderful, full of encouragement and laughs. It’s is truly so sad that there aren’t more for people out there. I am shocked as to how far people come for that one meeting. They say it is their key to success and I believe it. I have tried virtual but it’s a hard pass for me!

Well today I went to my WW (fat club) Meeting and did my weigh in (not that I weigh there - I just give them my scale reading from this morning) and I hit the big mark of 5.2kg total loss. I loved it! I felt like I am achieving things and getting somewhere. Then I got given a milestone token for 5kg 🙌🏼 it felt so good. 

To top it off I see my friend at the meeting. The day couldn’t have gotten better. 

Never doing WW have I reached this point so I was chuffed with myself.
