And yes… I’m back on WW 🙋♀️
Why? Because I got a little lazy, let things slip, and never quite made it to goal. But I’m back, baby — moving down again and loving it! This time, it’s all about balance, consistency, and enjoying the journey.
Let’s cook, laugh, and make progress together. 💪✨

Tonight’s dinner was Anna’s Tuna Patties, made in our trusty Thermomix (of course 😄). Only 4 WW points for the whole meal. I paired them with a quick mix of whatever I had in the fridge and pantry—cabbage, homegrown radishes, corn, and chickpeas with a light mayo dressing.
I tried air-frying the tuna patties tonight… would I do it again? Probably not—they came out a bit dry. Definitely worth taking the extra time to lightly pan-fry them instead.
All in all, a super filling dinner, and those patties? Absolutely delicious! 😋

Tonight’s dinner was straight from our weekly meal plan 🙌 WW Beef Mince Chow Mein — and wow, it did not disappoint.
I started cooking it during my lunch break and finished it just in time for dinner (love a head start!). It’s so easy to make, absolutely packed with veggies, and the flavour is just beautiful 😍
The recipe calls for 2 packets of chicken noodle soup, but I personally find that a bit too salty — even the salt-reduced ones. I use less and then just add a small splash of soy sauce when serving, which works perfectly for us.
Highly recommend this one 👌
Even better… it reheats beautifully the next day, so hello leftovers! 💚🥢

🌟 Day 1 of our weekly meal plan! 🌟
We kicked things off with the Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Hot Pot from the WW App/recipe book/website, and wow… it never disappoints 😋✨. Creamy, comforting, and packed with flavour — it’s quick, easy, and honestly, I can’t recommend it enough!
Confession time: I ended up eating one and a half servings tonight because I was starving — which is so unlike me! I’ve felt hungry all day, and this meal hit the spot perfectly.
If you’re looking for a meal that’s cozy, satisfying, and WW-friendly, this is your new go-to 🍽️💛
