Life isn’t about dieting — it’s about building habits that last. After 5 years with WW, I realised it wasn’t enough for me anymore. Approaching 60, I needed a realistic, nourishing approach that supported my health — good fats, essential oils, and sustainable eating.

Now, I count calories, feel better, eat better, and still rely on my Thermomix almost daily to make it easy and delicious.

Writing this early because I’ll probably forget once the week starts!

🍽 Meals:
	•	Airfry Salmon & Veg/Salad
	•	Anna’s Beef & Pumpkin Lasagna
	•	Wholemeal Chicken Tenderloin & Veg/Salad
	•	Shakshuka & Bread (because we all need a bread fix 🥖)
	•	Cheesy Broccoli & Tuna Bake

I’ll be sticking to this plan, but weather and time might have other ideas 😉

Skipped the Friday night meal plan because we went out for dinner… I did manage a solid WW choice with grilled barramundi, but seriously—why do pubs insist on putting chips on your plate no matter what? You can’t ignore them! 😅

Tonight, though, dinner was back on track with Anna’s Chicken Mango Salad with Citrus Dressing—and as always, it did not disappoint. That dressing is absolute heaven 👌🏼 Super fresh, super tasty… everything you want on a warm summer night! ☀️🥗

✨ Side note: We’ve just booked Bali for August/September this year—3 weeks of pure relaxation. Can’t wait! 🏝️✈️ I have Noosa at the end of the month too (it is a business trip with a little bit of fun thrown in 😉)
